Morris Garage started production of its MG “A” Roadster / Open Two-Seater (OTS) model during 1955. Initially introduced as a the 1500 Roadster, the production facility later manufactured a 1600 and Twin Cam versions, including some special edition “De Luxe” models. During 1955, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, and 1962, a total of 91,554 models were assembled and delivered.
